A big well done to the boys for bringing home the FA Cup to Pompey. What a fantastic day we had amongst the tickertape and cheering fans, the atmosphere was electric. Wembley gave everyone a free flag in team colours that really added to the day. What a sight of 24,000 Pompey Flags being waved, brought a tear to my eye.

When King Kanu tucked that ball away and the place erupted. Wow! The Blue Army will be ringing out for many months around here!

Couldn't agree more. Fair play to Cardiff though, they were a strong team.

Pesky Pompey winning the cup, means lots of extra work for me. Did an extra 4 hours today down at Fratton Park and got to start early tomorrow too. And finish late as heading down to Sandbanks to film an interview with Harry.

Was quite a good atmosphere down at Fratton today, but non too impressed about getting a load of beer poured over me and the camera.

We've got Worthing RFC playing at high level from next season too. You might share that pain with me.

Fair Play to Cardiff, they did well and played a good game.

A couple of stats from the weekend, although some of these are a little over egged I think.

Pompey Fans at Wembley = 24,000
Pompey Fans at Southsea Common = 60,000
Pompey Fans at the Parade = 200,000
People Watching the Cup Worldwide = 500,000,000

The atmosphere on Southsea common was amazing yesterday, The amount of people that flocked to the front, was overwelming, I would hate to be the one clearing up that mess!!!

I've just heard some really annoying news. Two of the Portsmouth team, Glen Johnson (the Right Back) and Jamie Ashdown (The Reserve Goalkeeper) have had their medals stolen from the Team Hotel. Have people got no morals.

Well done Pompey! Really pleased for Harry Rednapp and the boys. We were cheering loudly here in Blackpool. Let's hope the other blue army can deliver on Wednesday.

Lets hope so! We don't want that other bloke to win anything else.

How long will it be before Ronaldo throws his hands in the air after tripping over his own laces!!

One got nicked out the guys pocket and the otehr out of a bag. Police are examining hotel CCTV and there is unlikely to be any replacements.

We were suppose to have Kanu live on tonights South Today from his own charity football match at Fratton, but he turned up late just as we went off air. Was sat in the satellite truck when the crowd in the car park went nuts, as I suspected he'd just pulled up.

He was bragging about how HE won the FA Cup. I'm sorry but David James won it more times than he did. Kanu scored 1 goal, James prevented god knows how many. Plus without the rest of the team he wouldn't have been in the position to score. Kanu is just another one of the team I can't stand.

I don't know what it is about Kanu, but I do love his self importance! It was defintely a team win, and there were several players who played big, if not bigger parts in the cup run than him. But you have got to love him, just ask Adem. Look at what he did for West Brom  Very Happy
