Well I was way ahead of you bradpeet, I booked the trip, accommodation and Advance train tickets the evening of Friday 30 May!

I have a good excuse!!! I've been on my first ever club trip to the USA, and there was always the chance that I would be "coastered out" - but apparently I am not.
I'll probably be wearing my "El Toro" t-shirt - partially because it is one of my favoutrite woodies, and partially because not all the sun cream stain has been washed out so it needs "wearing and washing" again. Alternatively, I coud wear the 20th anniversary t-shirt that cedar point gave to us |

Just for information for anybody doing pleasurewood hills before 1 July, if you book online the price is £13.50 instead of the usual £15.75.
And there is still time to book, as the tickets are not posted out but collected on the day "from the internet bookings hatch to the right of the main entrance". (I just did mine ) |

To any of the regular faces i see every club event, gonna well miss you this weekend.
Even though i was able to get the time off for this weekend other things have stepped in and stopped me from doing the Summer Bash at Great Yarmouth. Mainly my new girlfriend. It`s going to be the first trip that i have missed since being a member and i`m gutted about it. If i could split myself in two and do both things then i would. I love the club trips and seeing the gang.
Was also motivated by Carol pulling out of the trip, that's just strange not having Carol with me. Plus lots of the Sparrow crew having other arrangements and work commitments.
My saviour is that i`m spending this weekend in Blackpool and will get the Pleasure Beach in, so its all gravy baby. Just Yarmouth is pretty dull other than the Roller Coaster and Joyland (plus the Snails). Not really a weekend location. Great for a day but not for a mini break.
Plus it`s kinda the clubs fault that i meet Vicci at the Blackpool Bash this year and we have the same weekend off for a break together. Thanks again to that full moon over Blackpool in April that pushed us together and had the sane going insane and me as the mediator lol.
Ride the Roller Coaster for me guys. Be thinking of ya innit. _________________ www.freewebs.com/big-Stevie-b/
