Guilty- a few months ago, I wanted cash back, and they gave it to me and I said I am missing £10, they gave me another one. Walked out of the shop and found the missing £10 (it was stuck to the other one underneath)went into the shop and gave it back. The women on the customer service desk seemed very surprised!

Have you ever recieved a gift and pretended you liked it because you didn't want to hurt their feelings?
