Xcelerator coaster used in Ch4 Promo'sI just noticed that ch4 are using the Xcelerator ride in some of their new programme promo's. That's likely to be a ride I won't get to experience for some time.

Its actually filmed on Jaguar, with the ride passing under signs for Xcelerator and Perilous Plunge. The rides that can be seen from the Jaguar train have also been altered, but its certainly all Knotts Berry Farm.
You also get to see Silver Bullet and Montezoomas Revenge.
Xcelerator is still my favourite rocket coaster, despite being smaller than Dragster nd Kingda Ka. There is a massive kick of airtime going over the top of the top hat. Its everything that Stealth should have been!

I agree wit Reg's comments on Xcelerator - Top Coaster. If only Stealth was the same layout 
its deffo better than King Da Krap, oops Ka, and perhaps just beats Top Thrill?? Too close too call as i love both of them.

Thanks for the info. I've never been to the US and my knowledge of most of the worlds theme parks is limited - that's soon to change!
I just used what I thought was the rides name

I agree with reg too. I did went to Knotts Berry Farm in November, and the Xcelerator is excellent.... first ride was front seat, and i wasn't expecting that massive hit of airtime.... awsome ride!

It is a great ride. After our ERS the staff let me stay on for another 30 mins, great fun

We may have delayed the crowds for you. For some reason they thought Barry, Phil, Linda, Danny and myself were staff and asked us directions, we sent them off back towards the entrance.
