Wikipedia Free EncylopediaI have recently discovered Wikipedia Free Encylopedia and it is fantastic, as it tells you everything you need to know about that particular subject including rollercoasters.
What you do is type in the search box what you want to find out about and tells you everything you need to know about that subject.
It is useful for anyone who is studying at university.

Wikipedia has a bad reputation because it's content is user generated rather than based on research. Some entries have been locked as they've been edited in a libelous way.
If you Wiki as the basis for a piece of serious research, always double check it elsewhere afterwards.
Many universities and colleges ban it. It's also banned as a source from numerous newspaper news rooms.
I use it, but I'll double check afterwards at another site.

Hail All!
Personally, I've been both a user and contributor to Wikipedia for around two years or so (See my Wikipedia Userpage) and personally I've never had much trouble with the site as far as accuracy is concerned...Although having said that, I'm one of the users who form part of Wikipedia's massive "Anti-Vandal" squad, and do remove anything clearly libelous or inaccurate if I come across it.
(My recent referance to vandalism on Gerard Way's Wikipedia page which I undid is a case in point...Even though I hate MCR with a passion, I still don't do WikiVandalism at all! )
To be perfectly honest, I have a feeling that a lot of the vandalism and slander, and most of the inaccuracies are actually deliberate automated attempts by other privately owned/run dictionary sites to try and destroy Wikipedia, in an attempt to drive it's user-base onto their own (Cash cow) advert and virus/spyware ridden sites!
Farewell...
