Think you could handle 7.5G's?I have found the following link posted on Screamscape showing the effects of doing an Immelman in an F/A 18 hornett.
This is what happens to you when your body cannot handle sustained G's

Hmmmmm, American high tech fighterness, oh and a good display team too, but not as good as our Red's.
The highest G force I have been through I think was on Magnum Force, 5. something.

Same here, I really miss Magnum
Although I have to say that the only ride I have ever and ever get near to blackout on is Nemesis at the bottom of the helix.

I'd love to have a go at that.
Did anyone watch the Horizons programme last night where Michael Portillo experienced 9Gs?

Hail All!
I don't know what G-force we pulled whilst doing so, but a train that I was on a while back (One of those tilting Class 390 Virgin Pendolinos) pulled a LOT of lateral G-force whilst negotiating the bend coming out of Chester station en-route to Bangor/Holyhead!
I could just about understand a Pendolino doing that on a lot of tight bends in central England...But we'd been "off the wire" (On a line with no overhead catenery) since Crewe, and as a result we were being hauled by a "shed" at the time!
Now can someone tell me how on Earth we got 125mph out of a Class 66?
