Rate Your Coater EnthusiamIts been a little while since we last did a poll, so here we go.
How would you describe yourself as a Coaster/Theme park enthusiast?
Would you say you are -
A nuts and bolts person - You are the sort of person who wants to absorb every little detail about parks and rides, you need to know just how many tons of steel and bolts go into the ride.
Knowledgeable Fan - You know who makes the rides and general details about parks and rides but thats as far as it goes for you.
Ride fan - You are a person who loves rollercoaster for the ride experience and dont really care who makes the ride as long as its a good one.
I would count myself in the knowledgeable fan bracket where as my wife is in the Ride fan bracket. I like to have a good knowledge about the rides and the parks I visit, I also like to know who made the ride and anything that is unuasual about it, but I do not go in for the nuts and bolts approach personally.

I have gone for ride fan. I know who built most of the major rides in this country and on the Continent, but at the end of the day I love the thrill of riding coasters.

Definitely a `Ride Fan`.
If I want to know a bit about a coaster I can usually get some info from Andy - like who made it and what the different inversions are (where applicable). That`s all I`m ever interested in, though.

I went with Knowledgable Fan, I like to know stuff about it but not to the detail of Nuts and Bolts. A good ride is the most important thing though.
