Open University

After just over 10 years since I left school (my that's gone quick) I am now considering returning to study towards a higher education qualification.

It's difficult having to find the balance between working to earn enough money and being able to have the time to study, so I'm considering OU. Just interested to know if anyone else has studied here and what your experiences were/are?

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

Having done and still doing OU I found it to be very good. You need to allow about 16 hrs a week for study and to use the forums which are set up for you.You get a set website for your course if you use the web courses.I found that the tutors are helpful and the the OU is very easy to get hold off and are very helpful to.
I would say go for it as a more relaxed way of studying your way than collage which has a bigger commitment.
