New Maure SpinnerAt EAS last month Maure Sohne completed a contract to supply a custom spinning coaster to the Vortex Mall of Arabia in Jeddah. The new coaster is being integrated into the new amusement centre and will intereact with several other attractions. There will be an Immelman turn around another ride, a double helix around a drop tower and a near miss with a climbing wall. The complex is due to open in 2009.
Riders will board the cars at a mid level and go straight out into spinning mouse turns before dropping down to the lower level. The cars then go into a vertical lift and taken up to the top section. Before returning back to the station.
