Nemesis Nick Says HelloHi folks! I'm Nicholas, member number 2289. I first joined the RCCGB at the start of the 2005 Club year, but it was only a couple of weeks ago that I registered to use the Club Messageboard, and today that I started posting here.Since I first joined, I've been on six Club trips: Summer Bash 2005 - Funland Hayling Island Loopathon 2005 (Alton Towers only) Summer Bash 2006 - Paultons Park Loopathon 2006 (Alton Towers only) Summer Bash 2007 - Adventure Island Southend-on-Sea Blackpool Bash 2008 Some of you may have seen me at one or more of the above mentioned trips. You may remember me from the fact that, on the first five trips, I always put my membership number as well as my first name and surname on my trip badge. There are two photos of me in the 2007 Yearbook: (i) Coaster Couples page: me standing with the orange monkey (Summer Bash 2007 at Adventure Island). (ii) Loopathon 2007: me doing the splits by the Oblivion height board, to make me look too small for it (this was taken at the 2006 Loopathon trip to Alton Towers, I didn't attend either day of Loopathon 2007). Last weekend I attended the Blackpool Bash for the first time, and have since written a detailed report of that event. |

Thanks very much. Have you seen my detailed report on the 2008 Blackpool Bash? Did you attend it, and if so, did you see me there? I was the one who at the "Black and White" Coaster Crazy Show the Saturday evening wore a white T-shirt, black shorts and odd socks (one black, one white). I was also one of the group holding envelopes on stage in "Trade or No Trade". |
