Moderator Code of ConductThe moderating team will consist of a range of people from a broad walk of life to ensure impartial and balanced decisions.
Moderators will abide by the board rules and ensure they are adhered to by board members.
Any actions such as post editing by moderators will be reported directly to the individuals concerned via personal messaging.
All serious breaches and repeat breaches will be discussed at length by the moderating team and any actions taken will be by majority decision.
Any posts that contain grey area comments will be discussed by the moderating team to canvass opinion.
The moderating team will respect individuals privacy and as such the board has been set so only information publicly displayed can be viewed. Private messages will only be viewed when forwarded to the moderating team by an individual making a complaint.
Moderators will allow members placed on suspension or banned list to continue to be able to read PMs sent to them and read posts on the board. This is so RCCGB members can still view club information and not lose part of their club benefits. However they won't be able post or send PMs since their ban is likely to be as a result of these actions.
All moderation matters will be dealt directly between the moderation team and the person being moderated, we endeaver to keep this information out of public domain to minimise embarassment.
