HelpHi guys, hope you can help me.
For some reason every post on the message board is being duplicated and being sent to my email address.
This is resulting in me getting loads of emails every day.
I don't know what I have done or pressed to get this, BUT, how do I stop it guys.
Your suggestions/help appreciated.

Go to PROFILE at top of the page (under FAQ) and click. When this opens up move down to PREFERENCES. Then amend third one down - 'Always notify me of replies' - to NO and fourth one down - 'Notify on new private message' - to NO. I think that'll work
