Hayling Island Fun Day - Sat 12th September 2009Hi all,
I was speaking with Nev at the Summer Bash this weekend, and there's going to be simple fun day at Hayling Island (Hampshire) on Saturday 12th September.
This won't be an organised event, simply turn up on the day and have some fun making use of the special RCCGB discount on wristbands - fun for a fiver! (£5).
We'll probably have some rides, play some rounders etc. I am sure Nev will confirm this shortly with the time we meet, but for now, if you feel like a random day of fun - mark your calendars accordingly.

I am not away so I think I may take up this offer Thomas can add some more coasters and I may even just nip in Paultons to get Thomas his Cobra scratch to.

I'm away too. Unusual to have an event at this time of year so already commited to going elswhere. Long weekend away.

Are you sure it's definite yet? On page 2 of AIRtime Issue 76, Nev said there may be a meet-up at Hayling Island that day. Going by the way he worded it, it doesn't sound definite at the moment.
If it does go ahead, I should be able to make it as I have nothing else planned for that weekend at present.

Myself and Carol are up for this one. Not been there since i climbed the Drop Tower with Marshall Hill. Keen to re-ride the Drayton Dragon in its new home also. Still need to get to this park for a night time session.
