Florida Coaster Rumours

I've been reading a lot lately of the new rumours floating around for the state of Florida coaster wise. Obviously all rumours but its nice to discuss things and give our two pennys worth!

Sea World - New Flyer themed around different breeds of ray that is supposed to swop down over the water so close that you can touch?!

Busch - I'm sure the next big coaster project is supposed to be a hyper similar in scale to the one in Williamsburg.

Universal - Supposed to be adding a coaster similar to the Hollywood Dream Coaster in Japan. Using the old bone yard space. Apparently the companies involved in the bidding were B&M, Vekoma and Premier but B&M are too busy to do the work, with Vekoma the favourite now to win.

Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain rebirth, I guess this might be a replacement of the whole ride system?

MGM - New Spinning coaster, similar to Dragons Fury or Spinball but indoors.

So if all hold true some interesting additions, with my favourite being the flyer at Sea World. What do you think?

I have heard about the ray flying coaster at Seaworld, I just hope there is more to it than what imo air has to offer.

As for Space Mountain I think it is now closed for a while well Vekoma give it a major overhaul.

This all sounds extremelly interesting especially the indoor spinning coaster and the flyer at seaworld.

I am always interested new designs and layouts as in this country a lot of them are the same like at Blackpool Pleasure beach particularly the wooden coasters. Megafobia is the only one in Wales at Oakwood which I really enjoyed.

I expect the flyer will be simular to infusion.
Magic

The indoor spinner will probably be a clone of Crush at Disney Studios Paris but themed to a different film, maybe Ratatouille.

Surprised that B&M are turning away business for being too busy. I guess if they're building a hyper and flyer in the same year in the same area that could be the case. But Vekoma??!!!!! that's hardly a like for like alternative, do they even make anything like Hollywood Dream?

Have vekoma ever built anything with four abreast seating?  i was under the impression that all vekoma coasters are 2 abreast and wouldnt that cause severe throughput issues when it comes to peak season?

Islands of adventure have three world class B&M coasters so i would have thought that universal would have held back a year so that they can get another one in my opinion.  especially with the opening of the new harry potter land and the simpsons ride they do have the scope to do this.

also i personally dpo not think the flyer will be like infusion, it will be more like tatsu but on flat ground and with lake and water effects.
