Did anybody see 'Daredevils' on ITV Midlands Thu 24 July?According to the Towers Times Forum, it was a programme featuring Drayton, Blackpool and Alton Towers.
Although one contributor commented that his" EPG says that it is a programme following the RCCGB" And apparently it is not available on "ITV catchup" - although I presume it is a regional production.
Alternatively, does anybody know details of the programme? And if it really was following RCCGB did the club get any copies?

It followed the RCCGB loopathon a few years back. not sure how you'd get a copy though. It was a whole series devoted to different 'dare devil' groups. Mr. Gaines may be able to shed more light. (not 100% sure though)

I think it was filmed in 2003, as I remember watching the programme originally in February 2004 as it prompted me to join the club.
My better half watched it last Thursday and came running upstairs to keep telling me who he had seen and how young they look

Yep Daredevils was a series looking at different adrenalin type people each week. I co-produced the roller coaster one and starred in it. It was primarily about the RCCGB and was partially filmed on the club Loopathon trip to Alton Towers. We also did some filming at Drayton Manor and Blackpool.
Another episode in the series is about a round world pilot called Polly Vacher, I edited that episode. I also was the sound dubbist for anopther epsiode but can not for the life of me remember what it was about.

And yes I do have copies, ie. the master tape but it's on Beta SX format. Might get it online 1 day.

I was in it too, coming off Ripsaw, and somewhere else, but can't remember.
Would love to get my hands on a copy, as I have lost mine.
