Any claims to fame?

Does anybody on here have any claims to fame regarding theme parks, rides, rollercoasters etc

I have 4 I would say to be claims to fame.

- 75 rides on PBB's Wild Mouse in one day, people at PBB think it has never been done before.
- On the first ever public ride of the Terroriser (circulator) at flamingoland.
- On the first ride of the revamped bullet at flamingoland

and now for my personal favourite

- On the last day of the old century myself and my mother were the very last people to ride the Big One at PBB. Nobody else came on the ride at all and after the ride the portculis at either end of the station was shut. Unfortunately we have nothing but our memories to confirm this but it is a great feeling to know what we did.

Oh yes and we were there the morning after for the very first ride to the public in the year 2000 Very Happy

On the credits on RCT2 and provided sounds for the game and I am also an "Easter Egg" (special guest name) in RCT2.

I can 100% say that Smiler was one of the first riders of Charlie and the Chocolate factory ride. As Thomas my Son ,who was only 18 months then, rode with him and I have newspaper clip to prove it.
I myself don't have a claim to fame so that one is for Thomas. I hope no one minds as he is 3 and cannot type.
Coaster Clare

First family on Charle and the chocolate factory ride. To add to coaster andy Thomas who is 2 and 10 months will be going on his 20th coaster in a couple of weeks.

Professor

Very good friend with the guy at Consign AG, who designs all the electronics and control systems for B+M coasters..

Always useful to know what B+M are up to way in advance of announcements Smile

I joined Smiler on the first Public train of G-force at Drayton Manor as the second public rider, Smiler was in front of me in the queue, typical Laughing
WildMouse

I was one of the first public riders on Nemesis Inferno. I won this through an Ebay auction (first ever Ebay purchase!).
I was accompanied by John Wardley along with our very own chairman and either Walter Bolliger or Claude Mabillard. Not 100% sure which of the two it was Laughing
Death

Hail All! Twisted Evil
I was the first genuine public rider* on Nemesis:Inferno, just beating Smiler to the start and head of the queue line thanks to my trusty RCCGB skateboard! Twisted Evil
(Come on...Ye all remember me clattering through Amity Cove! Laughing:p)

As for other claims to fame, mine are rather tenuous:
32 rides on Nemesis in five hours before catching a train home, Cool
115 rides on Nemesis:Inferno in a day! Shocked

Come on Steve! What about your climbing of the Wave Drip at Hayling? Very Happy

Farewell... Twisted Evil
>> Death <<

* - General public, a.k.a. not one who paid extra to be part of a select group on the day before the offical opening! Cool
Coaster Toaster

Worlds biggest ghost hunt

Behind the scenes tour at paultons park on the cobra

In the maintenece sheds at drayton manor
