Alton Towers 17th SeptemberThis is my TR from today that I have just posted on the BPB guide.

The third of what has been 3 fantastic days at Alton Towers. Over the three days I have managed to get a totally insane ride count in, but I am now paying the price as my legs are like lead.
The thing that really has struck home is how much Alton give to annual pass holders, which I will detail below.
- An hours ERT, over 3 days that has got me 38 rides!!
- Free car parking
- 20% off food and drink
- 20% off merchandise
- 20% off food at the Alton Hotel and at the bar as well
It's just a shame BPB cant offer just one of the above benefits really.

HIGHLIGHTS
- 3 truly great days, I might just even start to fall in love again with Alton if this carries on
- Amazing ride counts over all 3 days
- Nemesis showing what an amazing ride it is, truly a world class coaster.
- The funniest thing this morning, we got off Gertrude (monorail) and the people at the bottom went to the cash machine, everybody followed them apart from me and my mum who went to the entrance. Who says people are not sheep?
- 144 rides in 3 days
- 76 rides on Nemesis in total over the 3 days
LOWLIGHTS
- Ok I am going to sound a bit old here but, schools have only been back 5 minutes so why were there school trips there today?
- Nemesis did not have the sharpest operation today, nearly every train coming back to the station was stacking.
- Great new merchandise for two rides I dont rate (Oblivion and Air), but nothing at all for Nemesis
Well its off to BPB tomorrow, after the 3 days at Alton, BPB has a very tough act to follow.
