Post something about yourself people would not guess about you.
I have an interest in history. Always my favorite subject. Due to studying Germany from 1871 to post World War 2, i collect documentaries and watch anything to do with Nazi Germany. I`m not studying it anymore but it`s hard not to take an interest in anything new that comes out.
I`m also obsessed with the Titanic history. Collect anything to do with the ship. Watch everything relating to the disaster. |

I love history, especially Tudor history, and visiting stately homes and castles.
Although I'm not religious, I love Christmas Carols and church music in general. |

Hmmm...Despite my rather outlandish and vicious appearance, I'm actually a very loving, caring and sensitive person.
(Who, sadly, is easily hurt! )
And I may be somewhat paranoid here...But I can see this thread opening up a whole new can of worms for certain people! |

When I was in my teens (at school) my friend and I were an acoustic duo and used to sing around our local area. We also appeared on telly in a children's talent show called 'Junior Showtime' which was hosted by (a young) Mark Currie and Bonnie Langford had a regular spot on the programme.
StevieB when I was in my twenties I spent a year in Munich working as an au pair and the lady I worked for (Dr Rosemarie von dem Knesebeck) was a published author and WW2 historian specialising in Hitler and Nazi Germany and was very good friends with David Irving who was a regular guest at the house. |

Although I may come across as being really confident deep down inside I am shy and insecure.
I don't handle my emotions very well.

I can be loud and outspoken in smaller groups but even larger groups, i can go quite. But one on one, i`m loud and lery. |

Here's another from me...
Back when I used to live in Aldershot, I used to drink only in the towns gay bar!
Although I'm actually straight, I found that the bar not only had a much more pleasant atmosphere - But it was the only place where I could drink in peace and not get started on by drunken squaddies!
(As ye may know, Aldershot is a large garrison town - And does get some rather raucious soldier crowds hanging about after dark! )
...It has to be said though that being hit on by members of the same sex was a little unnerving for me - But then again, I don't have a problem with homosexuals at all and I just told them that I was straight!
Farewell...

| I think somebody in the club is perfect but would never tell her. Problem is, said the same thing to the wrong person and it went bad. Can`t even work out why i said it to that person, when the other was in my thoughts? We men be tricky en it. |

I spend far too much time playing World of Warcraft for my own good!
Although I know that there are other things that I need to get on with, I can't help it...I'm well and truly hooked!
Well...Hooked enough to pay £9.00 every month to keep my subscription going, at any rate! |

Despite my general appearance and what it might suggest to most people, I'm actually borderline teetotal!
Well, I do enjoy drinking and I'm always happy to have a beer or two when the time is appropriate...But nowadays I never find the time nor occasion to drink. Indeed, I normally only drink in nightclubs nowadays anyway! |

I was impressed at Bunnie and Trax at Peakstones karaoke. I was ready to rip the proverbial out of them and was gutted as they were good.
I also had a strange incident with Smiler! |

Hail All!
I was thinking of creating a new game thread for embarassing stuff, but to save forum load I think it would be best integrated with this topic.
Anyhow...I hate to confess this, but I just posted an application for this year's X-Factor auditions!
Worry not however...What little sanity dwells within my skull remains as normal, and - Nay - I am not transforming into a "normal" person either. I seek not fame, nor fortune, nor becoming a member of some mass-manufactured boy band [Throws up]. I seek to bring a dark wave upon X-Factor, and if nothing else (I seriously doubt that I'll get past the pre-audition anyway! ) bring some discord and chaos to the programme - In a safe, honest and acceptable way of course!
Farewell...And may Hell itself be raised upon Wembley Stadium that day!

Congratulations, Bunnie! Did ye enjoy it?
Anyway...It would seem that when I leave a negative impact upon a person, it stays with them for a very long time!
Today, I found someone on MySpace that I met at last years Wacken, but it seems that he remembers things that I erroneously said/did whilst under the influence of too much German bier!
On the bright side though...At least it's given me the chance to send him a message of apology, which (Looking at the MySpace interface) he has read! |

I seem to recall that Big Stevie B told me about that coaster a while back...It's something that I'd love to have a "bash" on if I could ever get up to Camelot though!
Anyhow...Despite being hetrosexual, I once spent a night out in London at the gay nightclub; Heaven!
(No...I was with a group of friends - All of whom were gay - And one of them was celebrating his 21st birthday! ) |

Heaven is not a gay night club ! it used to be mainly gay, but more straight people go there than gays these days. It is what they call a gay friendly club.
One of my transexual friends used to dj at Heaven back in the good old days.
Anyway.... one thing that most people wont know about me is that i used to be a drag queen hostess for a now defunct local gay venue in Berkshire. |

Either they didn't know that I was straight, or could see that I was open-minded enough to not have a problem with the nature of the club!
Anyhow...Given the choice of owning a Ferrari, Porsche, Limousine or a Coach - I'd actually choose the Coach above the other three! |

Considering how idiotic our Government can be from time to time, I've often wanted to evacuate everyone from the Houses of Parlament, demolish it with my bare hands, and hope that the politicians and Law-lords would actually learn something from that! |

I used to be a camponologist (bell ringer) and have rung a number of peals which take about 3 to 3.5 hours (non stop).
I love watching most American sports especially NFL (American Football) and Ice Hockey, have seen baseball on a sunny afternoon in Indianapolis, and like Aussie rules football.
AND
Deep down I'm very shy, have little confidence and find it hard to hold conversations with people...better in groups where I can listen and then add in my two penneth rather than be centre of attention. (that's why it's taken me ages to get to know people in the club!) |

Once we confess this little lot, none of you will ever stay with us again!
John: used to be a fully fledged train spotter - the whole works, the anorack, sandwiches and the little book for writing the numbers in! He also has a "thing" about collecting watches, the more unusual the better.
Jane: used to fancy Scott Tracy from Thunderbirds - and yes we know he was a puppet! _________________ John & Jane, Langroyd Hotel, Blackpool. Member #2455 |
