As Only Fools and Horses is one of my favourite comedies. I thought it would share it here. Do any of you remeber it ?

It ran from 1981 to 2003 including christmas episodes, starring David Jason as Del Boy, Nicholas Lyndhurts as Rodney, Leonard Pearce as Grandad in the very early episodes and Buster Merryfield, as Uncle Albert from 1985 onwards, also Gwyneth Strong, Tessa - Peake Jones, Sue Holderness, John Challis, Paul Baber, Patrick Murray, Kenneth Mc donald and Roger Lloyd Pack.

In the days of Grandad it was more verbal. In the first few episodes the theme tune was different.

In the days of Uncle Albert it was more visual.

The best episodes were:

A Touch Of Glass
Who's A Pretty Boy
Sleeping Dogs Lie
As One Door Closes
Yuppy Love
Danger UFX
The unlucky Winner is
The Skys The Limit
Three Men and a Baby

The Best Christmas episodes were:

Time On Our Hands
Heros and Villians
Modern Men - a three part christmas special from 1996
Dates
The Jolly Boys Outing
Miami Twice
Mother Nature's Son
A Royal Flush

After 1996 it was the same without Uncle Albert as he really made the programme, however the christmas special from 2001 was very funny especially when Rodney dressed up as Russell Crowe and Casandra dressed up as a police woman and Del appeared on the gameshow Goldrush.

Its one of my favourite tv programs too ! Obviously 'Jolly boys outing' is the best episode, because it features Dreamland Margate as i remember it from my teenage years !

Theres loads of great scenes from the program and the writers and actors did a great job keeping the show running for so long !  Very Happy

I'm sure you would remeber it from your teenage years.

It does indeed feature  Dreamland,Margate.

I loved the bit when the coach blew up and they got stranded in Margate.

That was very funny when Del leaned on the bar and fell down and the bit when Rodney and Cassandra got mixed up with each other's coats as they were very simular. It had Rodney's name in it, also the bit when Rodney got caught in the rain and his coat had shrunk as he had taken Cassandra's by mistake when she droped him off when she tought he lived.

How about when Del got hold of a load of dolls that were adult sized, they were filled with explosive gas so Del and Rodney had to get shut of them pretty quickly ! lol They named the dolls Pepsi and Shirley after the pop duo ! Another classic !

I can't remember the tomato juice scene, the most memorable part for me was when they ran by some tramps, threw the dolls on a dump Del said "we're just dropping them off" and the dolls exploded ! lol
