For some reason every post on the message board is being duplicated and being sent to my email address. This is resulting in me getting loads of emails every day. I don't know what I have done or pressed to get this, BUT, how do I stop it guys. Your suggestions/help appreciated. When this opens up move down to PREFERENCES.  Then amend third one down - 'Always notify me of replies' - to NO and fourth one down - 'Notify on new private message' - to NO.
