I'd guess it depends how long the license was for. If it was for say 10 years then they'd probably have to pay a fee to get it again which I'm sure Disney would increase!! _________________ Steve

I'm sure there is a very long license on IoA attractions but when they come up for renewal I doubt Disney would agree. I can see the Marvel area getting a Harry Potter style make over. I suspect Spiderman will end up as Transformers the ride, Hulk will be Battle Star Gallactica the ride and the Doctor Dooms Fear Fall will end up with some other Sci Fi brand.
Disney will want the brand for it's own parks and wouldn't want IoA down the road from the Florida parks muddying their own identity. _________________ RCCGB Membership Number 1915

I'm wondering how this will affect the Disney parks... I can't imagine Spiderman and the Hulk walking down Main Street. |

Doesn't seem to fit, but I could see rides themed to them at the studios. Maybe there own taken on Superhero Island.
As for IOA they could try and msucle into the DC Comics franchise. Hulk would make sense as a Superman ride. _________________ Steve
