Hi Guys.
Now don't laugh...........
I have a question for you?
I have been to Cedar Point 3 times, and are YET to ride Disaster Transport
Only one question........................"What's it like guys", and is it worth queueing for?
Will it be a ROUGH RIDERS HEAVEN RIDE LIKE "RATTL@R" Ha!

Well think of it as Blackpool's Avalanche but with only one car (seating 6) in the pitch black! It's worth riding if (A) you are coaster counting, (B), you have time to kill, (C) the queue is less than 10 minutes. However it's not worth riding in the rain as despite it being indoors (and it is the only avalanche type ride indoors), they will close it for health & safety reasons!! _________________ RCCGB - THE Club for trips!

I thought it was worth a go. Being in the dark with various lighting effect made it a different experience from all the other bobsled coasters I have ridden, and I seem to remember it only having very short trains too.....maybe even just 2 cars. _________________ 319 coasters: Steel 251 Wood 68

Ryan. Its worth at least one ride to say that you've done it. After that you can go back to the baaaaaaaaa. _________________ The Guru will see you now. |

Don't forget they sell 3D glasses for you to wear on the ride to give you that 4D coaster experience. _________________ Marcus

I thought it was fun but indeed, it's not one of my all time favourites. _________________ Sarah

Blackpool's is better, and it runs in rain where Disaster transport does not _________________ Regards

Three of us queued a very long time for this ride. The ride was ok, but once over all three of us in almost perfect unison said 'is that it'? No real surprise, as there is only so much run in a small space. _________________ Steve
