I just read over at Screamscape that Crealy Park have been told they must remove four rides as they were built on land "not deemed acceptable for use as an amusement park".

Its the Pastil Loco, The Pirate Ship, Tractor Yard and Prince’s Train Track.

Check out the whole article  http://www.screamscape.com/html/world_news.htm#UK

I knew they were having wrangles about the Log Flume but not the coaster. As the report says its been 8 years. What is this country coming to, the park isn't that close to anything so I'm sure people wouldn't object. Lets hope they get the retrospective planning permission.
