Yet another amazing day was had at BPB today getting in a superb ride count and having great fun and good conversation with ride ops/management.

After finishing work and quickly wizzing along the M61 I arrived at BPB at 12:15, after a quick dinner (and it was quick  ) it was 12:30 and time to get riding.

PMBO and steeplechase were shut but were getting ready for a late opening so I headed to the Rev to do a Rev, Rev, Rev on it, 3 times on a trot is not  easy with those horrible steps

After that I slowly worked my way around the park getting maximum rides in as the queues for the rides were non existant, in fact people in the park were almost non exisitant, it really was that quiet.

RIDE COUNT

Rev - 4
Space Invader - 5
Steeplechase - 4
PMBO - 3 (very poor today)
Avalanche - 1
Rollercoaster - 1
Wild Mouse - 36 (I thought I would start off slowly with it now it is open again  )
Iceblast - 4
Big dipper - 1
Infusion - 18

TOTAL RIDES = 77

HIGHLIGHTS

- After a horrible morning it was a lovely afternoon for weather in Blackpool
- Park was dead so I got on loads and loads of rides.
- Wild mouse open again, I have missed you!!
- Loads of rides on Wild Mouse
- Getting to 100 rides on Infusion for the season so soon
- My own personal Infusion train for one ride, on my own on the front and no one else around.
- Debbie back on Infusion, great to see her again.
- Lee on Infusion, not a ride op I have seen before but he is a great op and a great person.
- Park staying open until advertised time, I would have totally understood if they brought it forward a bit.

LOWLIGHTS

- PMBO on slow train and it showed, after the first drop there was nothing other than a slow trip back to the ride station.
- Waiting 10m mins to get a full train on PMBO, as it was the slow train they wanted it to run full

Our son was at the Pleasure Beach yesterday and today after school. He was telling us how quiet it was round there. On the downside, if he comes home once more this week wringing wet from Valhalla, I will NOT be happy! Mad
