Well as you can see I'm not only a roller coaster nutter, I'm also mad enough to have agreeded to jump out of an airplane in aid of The Rose Road Association in Southampton, our charity of the year where I work, and a very worthwhile cause too.

This is a two fold challenge for me, as not only am I going to take part in the tandem parachute jump in February, I am also committed to losing enough weight and geting fit enough to enable me to do the jump by that date. So please keep me going on both counts by pledging some money today. I am counting on you all to be generous and dig deep into your pockets for me.
