Went to A.T. on Wednesday 5th September and met Dave Jermaine (usually the ride op on Oblivion) and he was now litter picking !! Apparently, staff are now on a rota and have to do different jobs in the park, and it was his turn for litter picking. We had a natter with him before going to Nemesis.
Next day, we met him again near Towers Street, and he was with a female colleague, who wasted no time in telling us that the previous day, Dave had been reaching for a piece of litter and had slipped and fallen into the lake - much to the hilarity of all his mates !!!!
The only mistake he made was telling us all about it, so that we could "mention" it here. Make sure you all "mention" it if you happen to see him at the Loopathon.
